What we collect

We collect your account email, review brief, uploaded creator and reference videos, basic file metadata, generated transcripts, analysis measurements, and coaching report. We also collect limited technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, process your requested video review, compare the uploaded videos, generate feedback, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.

AI processing

Extracted frames, audio, transcripts, measurements, and your brief are sent to our AI provider to create your report. Do not upload content you lack permission to process.

Retention

Raw creator and reference videos are automatically deleted after 30 days by default. Reports and derived analysis remain available until you delete the review or your account. Temporary processing files are deleted after each job.

Your choices

You can delete an individual review or permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your profile, reviews, queued work, and stored videos.
