The service
TakeTwo provides automated creative coaching for short-form video. Feedback is an opinionated creative aid, not a promise of views, sales, platform approval, or brand performance.
Your content
You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant the service the limited right to store and process them solely to provide and operate the requested review.
Your responsibility
You must have the necessary rights and consent for every video, person, brand asset, and product claim you upload. You may not upload illegal, exploitative, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
AI limitations
Automated feedback can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and for the final content you publish.
Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login and activity under your account. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse uploads, automation, or service capacity.
Contact and governing terms
Before launch, add your legal entity, governing law, payment/refund terms if applicable, liability language, dispute process, and contact information.
